At Lumena Flow, we want every customer to feel confident about their purchase. This Return & Refund Policy describes when and how you can return products and request a refund.

1. 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within ninety (90) days of the original delivery date by following the steps in this policy.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under our 90-day satisfaction guarantee:

  • The request must be submitted within ninety (90) days from the original delivery date.
  • The order must have been placed directly through lumenaflow.com (purchases from third-party sellers or marketplaces are not covered by this policy).
  • Only one refund per household is permitted under the satisfaction guarantee.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start the process, please email info@lumenaflow.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The full name and email address used at checkout
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • A brief reason for the return (this helps us improve our products)

Our customer service team will respond within one to two (1–2) business days with return instructions, including the return address and any reference number to include with the package. Please do not return products without first contacting us; unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (such as a wrong product shipped) or a damaged or defective product. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit on the way back to us.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and processed, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within five to seven (5–7) business days after the return is received and inspected. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or damaged or defective products.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at info@lumenaflow.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Subscriptions

Subscription orders are eligible for the 90-day satisfaction guarantee on the first delivery only. You can cancel future subscription deliveries at any time from your account or by emailing info@lumenaflow.com. Cancellations made before the next billing date will stop future charges. Subscription charges already processed before cancellation are not automatically refunded but may be eligible under the standard return process.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Products purchased outside lumenaflow.com (for example, from third-party retailers or unauthorized sellers).
  • Free promotional items, gifts with purchase, and gift cards.
  • Returns initiated more than ninety (90) days after delivery.

9. Chargebacks

If you have a question or issue with your order, please contact us first at info@lumenaflow.com. We are committed to resolving issues directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback without first reaching out may delay resolution and may make your account ineligible for future orders.
